GCSE RESULTS DAY AT LEEDS WEST ACADEMY!

Leeds West Academy students have achieved some fantastic results again this year with more top grades than ever before in the academy’s history. The progress students have achieved at Leeds West Academy is within the national expectation once again.  We are extremely proud of this cohort of students who have overcome the challenges from the disruptions at start of their secondary education through the impact of the pandemic to gain some fantastic results that will facilitate the next stage of their education and to support successful futures for them.

Mr Whieldon, Principal, said, “I am delighted for our students, their families and our entire community. I wish our students all the best for the future and extend my thanks to our teachers and staff for their dedication in supporting all of our year 11 students during their time at Leeds West. Lewis pictured above with Mrs Sanderson has received some amazing GCSE results and is now excited to start his journey at college.

Eve pictured above has done amazing passing all her exams, she will be joining Notre Dame College in September. After college, her aspiration is to study medicine!
